So when her Father, King Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule, said she would be getting married to a prince she had never met... she was not happy. And to make matters worse, her Father has appointed a young man to be her personal knight. ***I've been wanting to write this for AWHILEEEEE! I'm a little late to this party but due to TOTK season upon us, I thought of this fun little fanfic that is BOTW x MM. A guardian technician by day and a devoted historian by night, Y/N is infatuated with the legend of the Hero of Time. This hero spoke of his adventures in a parallel universe called 'Termina,' where his heroic deeds were forgotten. Regarded a madman by his peers; it isn't until the blood moon rises once more, that the newfound age of peace of Hyrule is tossed into peril. With a fiery moon threatening to swallow Hyrule whole, it is up to Y/N to solve the mystery of the fallacy known as 'Termina.' Was the Hero of Time telling the truth? And does the current hero of the calamity and Queen Zelda's appointed knight have any insight? This is a story about a princess named Zelda and her envious stepmother, Queen Midna. However, the huntsman refuses to do so and the princess finds refuge in the Kokiri village with a tribe of children from the Forest and ends up meeting the love of her life, a young man who inhabits the village, named Link. But her stepmother, knowing that Zelda still lives, will do anything to get rid of the young princess. Will Zelda and Link be able to live their romance? And what dark secrets lie behind the Mirror of Twilight and the Queen's envy? Based on the classic fairy tale by Brothers Grimm and the animated movie by Walt Disney. All characters mentioned in the fanfic are the intellectual property of Nintendo and this is purely fan-made entertainment from fan to fan, with no lucrative means. When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try. Zelink AU Medieval Fanfiction Zelda, currently Princess of Hyrule wishes to see the world outside of the castle. Her father expects her to marry one of the chosen suitors to prepare Hyrule's next King, but she doesn't like the sight of any of them. Link is a Hylian knight with a tragic past. Being secretive and closed off is how he prefers to live. He has a quest he believes he must do alone-to find his older sister. But Hyrule is subject to an unknown danger, within itself. How will the mystery unfold and how will Zelda and Link achieve their dreams? I don't think I'm super great at medieval writing...(knowing the time period, vocabulary, descriptions, etc...) but I tried anyways! Sorry for the unappetizing description. [Discontinued] Following the death of her mother, Zelda comes face to face with anxiety and guilt as she sees her father go from happy and warm, to cold and furious. Although it wasn't her fault, the anger was always taken out on her, to the point that parent and child no longer had any social interaction. After Zelda is awarded a scholarship when her father becomes principal of a prestigious high school, she is forced to tear off all past relationships to focus on one thing and one thing only. To get principal's daughter worthy grades. Not about the guy with blue earrings and a ponytail that doesn't seem to speak. Or the rumors that are floating around her. Not even the Gerudo guy who's eyes always seem to follow Zelda... '...I'm not supposed to pay attention to those things at all. I'm supposed to focus on my studies. Follow Link and Zelda's struggle to unlock her powers and help her father look after the kingdom of Hyrule. But what will happen when they are alone? Link and Zelda will have a rocky start but eventually, Zelda warms up to him and they journey through Hyrule together. They will face creatures such as Dodongos. It will include much loved characters from Twilight Princess and Ocarina Of Time and maybe a few others. This is the ultimate adventure packed with fighting, love, friendship and of course mind boggling plot twists. I also need your help with suggestions from other Zelda games and I will somehow make it into this fanfic even though it is based in Breath of the Wild.
